Vitae Sacra exists to help Catholic married couples build stronger, more intimate relationships grounded in faith. We believe that a thriving marriage is both a spiritual vocation and a practical partnership that deserves thoughtful guidance and honest resources.
Our Editor
Clara Moreau leads the editorial work at Vitae Sacra. Clara holds a graduate certificate in Catholic theology with a focus on Theology of the Body and has spent more than a decade working as an NFP instructor and marriage preparation facilitator in her diocese. She is a wife and mother, and writes from the lived experience of a Catholic marriage — not from a distance.
Clara reviews every piece published on this site for theological accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with Catholic teaching on marriage and the body. When she recommends a product, she has either used it personally or sourced it from trusted couples in her network who have.
